Product coordinator Spare parts for forestry machines

Does working with forestry machines in a growing company sound like fun? Koppom Maskin has bought and sold forestry machines and spare parts for more than 50 years. We are now building a new role to keep the information about our spare parts in order. We are looking for someone who likes information to be in order and enjoys getting different departments to pull in the same direction. You get to help shape the role from the start. You will own the question of what information our articles should carry, how it is entered and that it is correct and clear. You understand our spare parts, interpret information about them and make it useful for colleagues and customers alike.

The role is hands-on. You do much of the work yourself, because that is how you learn what is reasonable to ask of others and, over time, how to divide the work efficiently. You are the link between the warehouse, dismantling, data entry and the developers, and you support your colleagues day to day. The work is broad, from the big questions to the small details. We work without prestige, and no task is beneath anyone here.

You are responsible for what information the articles carry and how it is entered. You interpret the information about the spare parts and make it useful for colleagues and customers, and you write clear instructions and routines that colleagues in the warehouse, dismantling and data entry can follow.

Day to day you answer questions and act as a sounding board when something is unclear. You compile lists of articles that need updating, decide when products can be merged with support from colleagues who know them, and keep in regular contact with the sales team about what information is missing. You also help develop our warehouse system together with the system owner and the developers.

You enjoy both doing the work yourself and coordinating the work of others, and you are unpretentious and available to many different colleagues.

Requirements. You have experience of working in a warehouse system and confident computer skills, speak and write good Swedish and English, and live within commuting distance of Charlottenberg.

Nice to have. A technical interest in or experience of spare parts, forestry machines, dismantling or warehouse work, ideally with an understanding of how and why the parts work as they do. Experience of introducing routines or training colleagues is also a plus.

The position is permanent and full-time after a six-month probationary period, with fixed working hours on weekdays, 07:00–16:00. You get an annual wellness allowance and favourable health and accident insurance, and you work in newly built premises.
