If you work with us and suspect serious misconduct, you can report it in our whistleblowing channel, anonymously if you wish.
Why report?
At Koppom Maskin och Trä AB we want an open workplace where misconduct does not occur, so it should be easy to speak up.
We use Visslan's whistleblowing channel, which protects your anonymity and keeps your report secure.
What can you report?
You can report if you work within Koppom Maskin och Trä AB and suspect misconduct that it is in the public interest to bring to light. That could be corruption, deliberately false bookkeeping, fraud, theft or other financial crime, serious environmental crime, major safety failings at the workplace, or other serious misconduct that concerns life or health.
You do not need proof of your suspicion, but the report must be made in good faith.
How your report is handled
Your report is handled in confidence. It is received first by Starck & Partner, so that the handling is independent, and may then be passed to internal contacts at our company.
Personal data that is not relevant to the case is deleted, and the case is kept only for as long as necessary.
Report misconduct
The channel is open around the clock, and you choose whether to stay anonymous.
